Fill The Room

I promote your shows with geo-targeted ads and tour content. Answer three questions and see what your tour would cost. No forms, no waiting for a quote.

1How many cities should I promote?

That doesn’t have to be your whole tour. Many bands only promote a selection: the key cities, or the shows that aren’t selling well yet. Drag the slider or type a number.

2What should I do for you?

Pick one or both — some bands run ads for the bigger shows and use the self-serve plan for the rest. Details are explained below the calculator.

Who makes the ad content?

3Your ad budget

You decide how much to spend on the ads themselves. That money goes directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), not to me. I run it in short, focused pushes of about a week, because that works far better than a trickle over months.

How many pushes per city? For example: one at the tour announcement, one right before the show.

Budget per push, per city? Ballpark: €50 is a small push, €100 solid, €200 strong.

€100
My fee (strategy, setup, management, content)€0
Your ad budget (paid directly to Meta, not to me)€0
Ballpark total€0

This is an estimate, not a quote. Meta sets the price of advertising, not me, and your ad budget never touches my account.

Higher than you expected? Try promoting fewer cities: just the key ones, or the shows that need the push most. And let’s talk anyway, because there’s almost always a smaller setup that fits, and I’ll tell you honestly what’s worth doing and what isn’t.

Good Questions

What exactly do the ads do?
  • For each city on your tour, I set up social media ads that only reach people in that city
  • I monitor and adjust them in the days before each show
  • Works the same whether you’re headlining or supporting

One honest thing: the ads are built for visibility, not a ticket-sales guarantee. Ticket platforms don’t give us the tracking needed to prove ads directly sell tickets, so I don’t sell that promise. What I reliably deliver: more people seeing and hearing about your show.

Do I have to promote every city on the tour?

No. We can promote all shows, or just a selection. A common setup: pick the key cities plus the shows that aren’t selling well yet, and leave the ones that sell themselves alone. You can also start small and add cities later if a show needs an extra push.

What’s in the “plan I can run myself”?
  • A 45-minute strategy call to map out priorities for your tour
  • A written audit of your online profiles, making sure everything points to your tour dates
  • A content calendar built around your tour, with ready-to-use templates and example posts
  • Follow-up questions for 7 days after handoff

€300 flat, no matter how many cities. Perfect if you have no ad budget or want to keep everything in the band’s hands.

Why short “pushes” instead of running ads the whole time?

If you spread a small budget over many weeks, each day gets too little money to show the ad to enough people, so it barely has any effect at all. Concentrating the budget into focused windows of about a week works far better. Typical setup: one push around the tour announcement, one right before the show, and for longer run-ups one in the middle.

Why is the ad budget separate from your fee?

Because it’s two different things. My fee pays for the work: strategy, setup, managing the ads, making content. The ad budget is what Meta charges to show your ads to people, and it goes straight from your account to theirs. Meta sets those prices, not me. I just make sure your budget is spent as effectively as possible.

What if my tour is a big, established production?

Then this building-block approach probably isn’t the right fit. I’ll tell you honestly if that’s the case, and build you something custom that works.

How does the per-city fee get cheaper?

Each city costs €175 for the first five cities, €150 for cities 6 to 10, €125 for cities 11 to 20, and €100 from city 21 on. The calculator does this math for you automatically.
